Pickup Option - During checkout select if you would like to pickup at the store. Payment must be completed to submit the order (see below for other options). Pickup is only available between 9am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday. One hour lead-time is needed to prepare your order. Please wait until your "Order Status" has been updated before coming to the store.

Shipping - Most orders will be processed the same day for shipping (if during store hours). Canada Post will be the default option. However, other options maybe used by Fox Harley-Davidson. Approx lead-time is 5-7 days once shipped. You will receive an "Order Status" update once shipped. Note: We can not guarantee shipping lead-time. Expect delays during the Holiday season.

Payment Options - Debit & Credit Cards are accepted at this time. If that options doesn't work please add your items to your "Shopping Bag" and call the store. A representative will review the items with you over the phone, (please have your "Shopping Bag" open on your screen as the rep will need info) we can then process a payment over the phone or arrange payment during in-store during Pickup.
