Returns and Exchanges

The below only applies to items purchased on the Fox H-D Online Store. Returns and exchanges will only be processed for items purchased on Fox H-D Online Store and will not be accepted at other Harley-Davidson Dealers or their Online Stores.

General: In-store credit only for qualifying returns within 14 days of purchase/delivery. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Fox Harley-Davidson will cover the return shipping. However, when the replacement order is submitted shipping will be billed again. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns. You must call the store to process a return (no exception).Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Non-Refundable Items: No returns or exchange on electrical parts, painted parts, helmets, heated clothing, body jewelry, earrings or under garments.. All non-stock items are considered "special order" and must be paid for in advance. Special order items are not eligible for return, refund or credit unless defective and covered by manufacturer's warranty.

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.

Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge.

Return Shipping Instructions: You must contact the store by phone to process a return.At that time we will provide instruction to return the items.Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to dealership.

Warranty: If applicable, all items are subject to their specific vendor warranty policies.

Note: If a refund is required, it will be to the same form of payment used.
